Description:
Tollesbury Parish Council leases Woodrolfe Hard and part of Bontings Creek (comprising the “Hard”, the “Dock”, the “Tollfish Hump” and the relevant part of Bontings Creek) so that it may be provided as a public maritime facility for the primary purpose of launching and recovery of Dinghies and Vessels. The Leased Area forms an important part of Tollesbury’s infrastructure.
Launching and recovery of powered water-craft and jet-skis are restricted to 50HP.
Third-party liability insurance is required.

Current Fees as follows:
Annual Charge for Dinghy Registration (1st April 2025 – 31st March 2026)- £77.50 (inclusive of VAT) an in-date Licence Disc must be displayed
Launch and Recovery Charge for Personal Water Craft (PWC) (maximum 50 horsepower) – £10 per day (inclusive of VAT), payable in advance upon proof of third-party liability insurance.
Other than the daily charge for Personal Water Craft (PWC), which is payable in advance of launch/recovery, all fees and charges to be paid within 28 days of invoice date.
