The Returning Officer at the office of Maldon District Council has confirmed that the regulation 10 requests from electors have not been fulfilled. The Council can now fill the casual vacancies by co-option.

Nothing says ‘Tollesbury’ like a village event and Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee was no exception!
Whilst it would be impossible to thank everyone that played a part in bringing the Jubilee plans to fruition in person, Tollesbury Parish Council would like to pass on their gratitude to all involved.
At The Centre, 15 months ago, approximately 35 people responded to an invitation from Tollesbury Parish Council, to meet and brainstorm about how we could support each other as we faced the coming lockdown and unknown future through the Covid-19 crisis.
The meeting of Tollesbury Parish Council arranged for Tuesday 1st August 2023 will now be held in The Centre, East Street.
The meeting will commence at 7.30pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
